                        Having successfully inaugurated the Ovia North-East Local Government Area farmers multi-purpose co-operative Union, in the main hall of the council secretariat on Wednesday 22^nd of June 2011, we requested from the council boss space for the Union farmers settlement. And a government reserve was cited around your community area which the Farmers Union wrote for.

Today we are very glad to inform you that the piece of land measuring 100 Hectares (one hundred Hectares) has officially been approved for this body. We hereby wish to request for your assistance in developing the settlement for better productions.

The citing of this Farmers Co-operative farm in your community will afford us the opportunity to decide together as one family, the future of farmers in your community area. As is true that most of the immediate beneficiaries of this project may be the indigenes of your community. Therefore, your support and assistance will go a long way to enable the Farmers Union achieve this targeted goals of making farming a cherish able business in Edo State.

Finally sir, the Union wishes to seek your unflinching support towards the attainment of our unique goals (bringing all farmers in the area together) for enhanced production, and improved well being. We clearly understand that there is strength in unity.
